Terms
and Conditions
1.
Donation once received
shall not be refunded.
2.
Donation shall be
utilized for fulfillment of objects of the society.
3.
All donations shall be made by demand draft only in favor
of Nascent Educational & Development Society payable at
Delhi
4.
Fill your personal details carefully while filling the application
form. The society will not be responsible for any consequences
due to the mistakes in the application forms.
5.
Person giving donation will not have any right to instruct
the society in any manner. However, they may request the society
for conducting activity for fulfillment of objects of the
society. Donor for their donation shall make no claim.
6.
The
society reserves its right for utilization of funds for attainment
of its objects.
7.
The
society may reward any people in cash or in kind who are helping
for attainment of its objects
8.
The
society may expel any Contributor/Donor who indulge him in
any illegal activity, unlawful acts, or creating obstacle
in attainment of its objects. Further the organization will
have sole right to disqualify any Contributor / donor on following
reasons.
a.) Contributor/ donor
found guilty of being engaged in cross line activities.
b.) Contributor /donor
found guilty of spreading bad opinion about the organization.
Decision of the society regarding termination of the Contributor/donor
shall be final and binding on the donor and no suit can be filled
against society's decision of terminating any Contributor/donor.
9.
The society shall
abide by the law of land.
10.
The activities of
the society may be spread all over in India.
11.
The society may advertise in any manner including print and
electronic media or by way of gifts and promotional schemes.
12.
In
any case, only courts of law in Delhi shall have jurisdiction
for any dispute/ controversy if remain unsolved in arbitration.
Declaration
do hereby solemnly
declare:

That I am a major
and competent to make donation.
II
That I am donating
out of my income/past saving.
III
That
I am a person of sound mind and not indulge in any illegal
or unlawful acts as per law of land.
IV
That
I will be termed as Contributor/donor after acceptance of
the application by the society.
V
That I have given
donation to this society without any coercion or undue influence.
VI
That
I shall not make/raise any demand (by whatever name called)
from the society including donation once again.
VII
That I am not entitled
to give any instruction to the society.
VIII
That
the objects, activated and details of contribution plan have
been explained to me in my vernacular language.
Note

objects
and terms and conditions of the society may be renumbered
as you may, deem fit.
2
alteration,
modification, deletion, addition may be made with regard to
its objects but within the preview of objects stated in Memorandum
of Association of Society, Terms and condition and declaration
as well.
