Our focus on social responsibility existed before the organization was created and continues to be the greatest inspirations in our lives. The passage of time has not dimmed our commitment but has made it stronger and passionate since we have seen the impact of our efforts which makes us feel proud and motivated to do much more.

A clear vision creates determination and dedication – two qualities that we emphasize on in all our endeavors. Examples of great people in history such as Alexander the great or Nelson Mandela in the modern world were people whose strong vision helped them to withstand criticism, focus on goals and motivate masses of people so as to achieve their objectives. We aim to bring the same intensity of involvement in our work.

Our vision, at Nascent is to create a corporate ethos where organizations understand the power to change the world and incorporate this aspect in their organizational goals. We are believers in practicing what we preach, and our contributors are our ambassadors – this means that they are as dedicated to the cause in their everyday activities and are encouraged to participate in social welfare programmes and help the underprivileged. Commitment to the cause is of important to us as well, because we take this vision to be at the core of the organization. This means that our efforts in this area will always be top priority for the organization. We know that these are small steps but the ocean is filled with drops of water and we are sure that our efforts will start a movement to change the world.

At Nascent Educational and Development Society, we define our vision as improving the ‘quality of life’ in the society. This is carried out by planning and executing a set of focused activities in a variety of areas with special emphasis on health and education-related issues.
